A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General
the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the
Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for street and shall vest in the Mayor,
Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Napier as from the
date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of
May 1960.
SCHEDULE
Hawke's Bay Land District
ALL that piece of land containing 1 perch, situated in the
City of Napier, Hawke's Bay R.D., being Lot 1, D.P. 10071,
Town of Napier Suburban Section 87. Part certificate of
title, H.B. Volume 22, folio 200.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator
of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New
Zealand, this 10th day of May 1960.

ALL that piece of land containing 3 roods 35 perches, situated
in Block VI, Puniu Survey District, Borough of Te Awamutu,

Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
