NOTICE is hereby given that the order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, dated the 26th day of April 1960, confirming the reduction of capital of the above-named company from £25,000 to £16,250, and the minute approved by the Court showing, with respect to the capital of the company as altered, the several particulars required by the above-mentioned Act, was registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 6th day of May 1960. The said minute is in the words and figures following:
“The capital of Cycleworths (N.Z.) Ltd. is £16,250, divided into 25,000 fully-paid ordinary shares of 13s. each, having been reduced from £25,000, divided into 25,000 fully-paid ordinary shares of £1 each.”

NOTICE CONFIRMING REDUCTION OF CAPITAL
In the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of R. Grove Ltd.
NOTICE is hereby given that an order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, dated the 13th day of April 1960, confirming the reduction of the share capital of the above-named company from £4,000 to £100 and the minute approved by the Court showing, with respect to the capital of the company as altered, the several particulars required by the above-mentioned Act, was registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 4th day of May 1960. The said minute is in the words and figures following:
“The amount of share capital of R. Grove Ltd., as altered by the order of the Supreme Court, confirming the reduction of the share capital of the company is one hundred pounds (£100), divided into 4,000 shares of sixpence each, and at the date of registration of this minute the amount of sixpence is deemed to be paid up on each share.”

TE AWAMUTU BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Te Awamutu Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of £4,000 authorised to be raised under the above-mentioned Act for the erection of six pensioners’ flats, the said Te Awamutu Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of 0·06d. (six-hundredths of a penny) in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the Borough of Te Awamutu; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of October in each year and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 25 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”
The Common Seal of the Te Awamutu Borough Council was hereto affixed at the office of and, pursuant to a resolution of the Council, in the presence of—

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Marton RSA and Citizens Memorial Hall Loan 1960
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Marton Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £7,500 (described as £7,500 portion of the Marton RSA and Citizens Memorial Hall Loan 1960, £15,000) authorised to be raised by the Marton Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of completing the erection of a memorial hall in the Borough of Marton, the said Marton Borough Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of 0·190d. in the pound (£) upon the rateable value of all rateable property in the whole of the Borough of Marton; and that such rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable in yearly instalments on the 1st day of April each and every year during the currency of the loan, being for the period of 10 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”

HOKITIKA BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
RESOLVED that, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by the Local Authority Loans Act 1956, the Hokitika Borough Council, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £35,500 authorised to be raised for the installation of drainage works in Davie, Brittan, and Fitzherbert Streets, hereby makes and levies a special rate of four and two hundred and forty-six thousandths pence (4·246d.) in the pound (on the basis of the unimproved value) upon all the rateable property of the Borough of Hokitika; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of 25 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”
I, William John Richards, Mayor of the Borough of Hokitika, certify that the above is a true copy of a resolution passed by the Hokitika Borough Council on the 26th day of April 1960, making and levying a special rate.
