NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of section 291 of the Companies Act 1955, that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will be held at the office of Messrs John L. Arcus and Sons, 23 Waring Taylor Street, Wellington, on Tuesday, 7 June 1960, at 4 p.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before it showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of and to receive any explanation thereof by the liquidator.

NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of section 291 of the Companies Act 1955, that a general meeting of the above-named company will be held at the offices of Messrs Gordon and Gordon, Waldegrave Building, Palmerston North, on Thursday, the 26th day of May 1960, at 9 a.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before it showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of and to receive any explanation thereof by the liquidator.
Every member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not also be a member.

Ltd. will be held on the 11th day of May 1960, at which a resolution for voluntary winding up is to be proposed, and that a meeting of the creditors of the company will be held, pursuant to section 284 of the Companies Act 1955, at Price’s Building, Waimate, on Wednesday, the 11th day of May 1960, at 2 p.m., at which meeting a full statement of the position of the company’s affairs, together with a list of the creditors and the estimated amount of their claims, will be laid before the meeting, and at which meeting the creditors, in pursuance of section 285 of the said Act, may nominate a person to be liquidator of the company and, in pursuance of section 286 of the said Act, may appoint a committee of inspection.

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on the 8th day of April 1960, presented to the said Court by the Bank of New South Wales, a company incorporated in the State of New South Wales and subsequently incorporated in New Zealand by the Bank of New South Wales Act 1861, and carrying on business at Wellington and elsewhere in New Zealand as bankers, and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Wellington on the 1st day of June 1960 at 10 a.m.; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.
