Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Mangonui County Council

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for esplanade purposes, and further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, vests the said reserve in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Mangonui, in trust, for that purpose.

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby vests the reserves described in the Schedule hereto in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Mangonui, in trust, for the purposes specified at the end of the respective descriptions of the said reserves.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Taumarunui County Council and Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Taumarunui and revokes the reservation for a roadman’s cottage site over the land described in the Schedule hereto.
