Land Taken for Better Utilisation in the Borough of Ellerslie

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for better utilisation; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of May 1960.

SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 19·4 perches, situated in Block I, Otahuhu Survey District, Borough of Ellerslie, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 6 and part Lot 5, D.P. 25865, and Lot 1, D.P. 43161. All certificate of title, Volume 1192, folio 34, Auckland Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 3rd day of May 1960.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for better utilisation; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of May 1960.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 2 roods 8·8 perches, situated in Block II, Hamilton Survey District, being Lots 11 and 12, D.P. S. 4170, being part of Allotment 256, Parish of Kirikiri-roa. Part certificate of title, Volume 460, folio 175, Auckland Land Registry.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for better utilisation; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of May 1960.

SCHEDULE

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 3 acres and 32·7 perches, situated in Block VIII, North Harbour and Blueskin Survey District, being all that portion of Lot 1, D.P. 714, situated on the south-eastern side of the Dunedin-Waitati Motorway and being also part Sections 19 and 56; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155024 (S.O. 12495) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon bordered sepia on the north-eastern, south-eastern, south-western boundaries and intersecting road boundaries.

SCHEDULE

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 11·8 perches, situated in the Borough of Lawrence, Otago R.D., and being Lot 1, D.P. 1563, and also being Block LXVII and parts Block LII, Town of Lawrence; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 160803 (S.O. 12664) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 3rd day of May 1960.

ALL that piece of land containing 3·2 perches, situated in Block XI, Drury Survey District, Borough of Pukekohe, Auckland R.D., being part Lot 13, D.P. 29733, being part Allotment 59, Suburban Section 1, Pukekohe Parish; coloured blue on plan.

SECOND SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

Street Closed

ALL that piece of street containing 7·1 perches, situated in Block XI, Drury Survey District, Borough of Pukekohe, Auckland R.D., and adjoining Lot 13, D.P. 29733, being part Allotments 59 and 129, Suburban Section 1, Pukekohe Parish; coloured green on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 161309 (S.O. 40523) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 3rd day of May 1960.
