Land Taken for State Housing Purposes in the Borough of Raetihi

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of May 1960.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 2 roods 26·01 perches, situated in the Borough of Raetihi, Wellington R.D., being Lots 5, 6, and 7, D.P. 21605, being part Sections 17 and 18, Raetihi Suburban. Part certificate of title, Volume 269, folio 172, Wellington Land Registry.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of May 1960.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for police purposes (residence), subject to the drainage rights created by memorandum of transfer No. 57300, Wellington Land Registry; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of May 1960.
