Revoking Part of a Proclamation Taking Land Together With and Subject to Rights of Way for an Aerodrome in the City of Wellington

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 12th day of May 1955, published in Gazette, 19 May 1955, Vol. 2, page 794, and registered as No. 5289, Wellington Land Registry, taking land together with and subject to rights of way for an aerodrome in the City of Wellington in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 30Β·96 perches, situated in the City of Wellington, being Lot 34, D.P. 8272, being part Section 18, Watts Peninsula District. All certificate of title, Volume 460, folio 310, Wellington Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 28th day of April 1960.

Altering the Boundaries of the Malvern Electric Power District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Electric Power Boards Act 1925, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby alter the boundaries of the Malvern Electric Power District so as to include therein the areas described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
- All that area in the Canterbury Land District, Selwyn County, bounded by a line commencing at a point in the middle of the Selwyn River in line with the north-western boundary of Rural Section 35108, being a point on the boundary of the Malvern Electric Power District as described in Gazette, 1949, page 2296, and proceeding south-westerly to and along the north-western boundaries of Rural Sections 35108 and 35111 to the northern boundary of Rural Section 36682; thence southerly and westerly generally along the eastern and southern boundaries of Rural Section 37077 to the easternmost corner of Lot 1, D.P. 12460; thence north-westerly, westerly, and south-westerly along the north-eastern, northern, and north-western boundaries of the said Lot 1, D.P. 12460, and the production of the last-mentioned boundary to the middle of Boundary Stream; thence southerly generally along the middle of that stream to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of Rural Section 37900; thence north-easterly to and along that boundary and its production to the middle of High Peak Road; thence north-easterly along the middle of that road to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 2683; thence north-westerly to and along that boundary to the southernmost corner of Lot 1, D.P. 2683; thence north-easterly and north-westerly along the south-eastern and north-eastern boundaries of that lot to the southernmost corner of Run 263; thence north-easterly along the south-eastern boundary of that run to the northernmost corner of Rural Section 37956; thence south-easterly and north-easterly generally along the north-eastern boundary of Rural Section 37956, and the general north-western boundaries of Rural Sections 37848 and 37847 to a right line between the southernmost shore of Lake Lyndon and the confluence of the Selwyn River and Boundary Creek, being a point on the Selwyn County boundary; thence south-easterly along that right line to the middle of the Selwyn River and down the middle of that river to the point of commencement.
As the said area is more particularly shown outlined in red on the plan marked N.Z.E.D. 540 deposited in the office of the New Zealand Electricity Department at Wellington.
- All that area in the Canterbury Land District, Selwyn County, bounded by a line commencing at the confluence of the Rakaia and Acheron Rivers, being a point on the boundary of the Malvern Electric Power District as described in Gazette, 1955, page 1132, and proceeding north-westerly and north-easterly generally up the middle of the Rakaia and Wilberforce Rivers to a point in line with the middle of Lake Stream; thence south-easterly generally to and along the middle of that stream and the south-western and eastern shores of Lake Coleridge to a point in line with the northern boundary of Rural Section 34547; thence easterly to and along that boundary and its production to the middle of Harper Road; thence northerly along the middle of that road to a point in line with the northern boundary of Rural Section 35293; thence easterly and southerly to and along the northern and eastern boundaries of that section and its production to the middle of Lake Lyndon road; thence south-westerly along the middle of that road to a point in line with the eastern boundary of Rural Section 34547; thence southerly and westerly to and along that boundary and the eastern and southern boundaries of Rural Section 34548 and the production of the last-mentioned boundary to the middle of Lake Coleridge Road; thence southerly along the middle of that road to a point in line with the northern boundary of Rural Section 36743; thence easterly to and along that boundary and its production to the middle of the Acheron River; thence southerly and westerly down the middle of that river to the point of commencement.
As the said area is more particularly shown outlined in red on the plan marked N.Z.E.D. 541 deposited as aforesaid.

Altering the Boundaries of the Otago Electric Power District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Electric Power Boards Act 1925, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby alter the boundaries of the Otago Electric Power District so as to include therein the Borough of Milton.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 3rd day of May 1960.

Tekapo Rabbit District Order 1960 (Notice No. Ag. 6974)

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington this 27th day of April 1960

HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT
IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Rabbits Act 1955, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
-
(1) This order may be cited as the Tekapo Rabbit District Order 1960.
(2) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette. -
The boundaries of the Tekapo Rabbit District, which was constituted by Order in Council on the 22nd day of April 1936,* are hereby altered and redefined and, as from the commencement of this order, the boundaries of the said district shall be those specified in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
BOUNDARIES OF THE TEKAPO RABBIT DISTRICT
ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, Mackenzie County, containing 392,500 acres, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at a point in the middle of the Pukaki River in line with the right bank of the Tekapo River and proceeding north-westerly up the middle of the Pukaki River to the outlet of Lake Pukaki; thence northerly and easterly to and along the western and northern shores of Lake Pukaki to the left bank of the Tasman River; thence northerly along the left bank of that river and the eastern side of the Tasman Glacier to the left bank of the Murchison River; thence north-easterly along the left bank of that river and the south-eastern side of the Murchison and Harper Glaciers to the northern boundary of Block V, Godley Survey District; thence easterly along the northern boundary of the said Block V to the right bank of the Godley River; thence southerly generally along that bank to and along the western and southern shores of Lake Tekapo to the right bank of the Tekapo River; thence south-westerly generally along the right bank of that river and its production to the point of commencement.
