A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General
the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the
Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land
described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the
Queen by Alice Feek, under and by virtue of Crown lease,
Volume 30, folio 82, Taranaki Land Registry, is hereby taken
for the purposes of a road; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 9th day of
May 1960.

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 2 roods 11 perches, situated
in Block XI, Mimi Survey District, Taranaki R.D., being part
Section 9; as the same is more particularly delineated on the
plan marked P.W.D. 98958 (S.O. 7658) deposited in the office
of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator

Maori Land Court by an order dated the 6th day of November
1942, to be road.
