Land Taken for an Automatic Telephone Exchange in Block XVI, Komakorau Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an automatic telephone exchange; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of May 1960.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 11 perches, situated in Block XVI, Komakorau Survey District, Auckland R.D., being part land on D.P. 9487, being part New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Grant; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 161493 (S.O. 40324) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 6th day of April 1960.

Leasehold Estates and Interest in Land Taken for the Development of Water Power (Roxburgh Power Scheme - Lake Hawea Control) in Mid Hawea, Mid Wanaka, and Lower Hawea Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land first to sixthly described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Cotsford Mathews Burdon, of Mount Burke Station, Wanaka, sheep farmer, and the Trustees Executors and Agency Co. of New Zealand Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Dunedin, as tenants in common, the said Cotsford Mathews Burdon one-third share and the said Trustees Executors and Agency Co. of New Zealand two-thirds share, under and by virtue of Crown lease recorded in register book, Volume 338, folio 97, Otago Land Registry; and the leasehold estate in the land seventhly to fourteenthly described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Cotsford Mathews Burdon, of Mount Burke Station, sheep farmer, and the Trustees Executors and Agency Co. of New Zealand aforesaid as tenants in common, the said Cotsford Mathews Burdon one-third share and the said Trustees Executors and Agency Co. of New Zealand Ltd. two-thirds share, under and by virtue of Crown lease recorded in register book, Volume 386, folio 19, Otago Land Registry; and the interest in land fifteenthly to eighteenthly described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Makarora Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Oamaru, under and by virtue of Crown licence recorded in register book, Volume 337, folio 86, Otago Land Registry, are hereby taken for the development of water power (Roxburgh Power Scheme - Lake Hawea Control).

ALL that piece of land containing 10·8 perches, situated in Block IX, North Harbour and Blueskin Survey District, Borough of West Harbour, Otago R.D., being part D.P. 1552 and being also part Section 52; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155493 (S.O. 12527) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon bordered blue.
