A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the
2nd day of May 1960.

Town District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a street
and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Citizens of
the Warkworth Town District as from the date hereinafter
mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall
take effect on and after the 2nd day of May 1960.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 33.3 perches, situated in
Block VII, Mahurangi Survey District, Warkworth Town
District, Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 67,
Mahurangi Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated
on the plan marked P.W.D. 161389 (S.O. 41585) deposited
in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and
thereon coloured yellow.

the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Upper

Hutt as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the 2nd day of May 1960.

Allocating Railway Land to the Purposes of a Street in the
City of New Plymouth
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I,
Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of
New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land
described in the Schedule hereto (which was acquired for
railway purposes and is not now required for that purpose)
shall, upon publication hereof in the Gazette, become street,
and that such street shall be maintained by the New Plymouth
City Council in like manner as other public highways are
controlled and maintained by the said Council.
SCHEDULE
TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 0.12 of a perch, situated
in the City of New Plymouth, Taranaki R.D., being part
Lot 2, D.P. 4828, being part Section 938, Town of New
Plymouth; as the same is more particularly delineated on
the plan marked P.W.D. 161491 (S.O. 9119) deposited in
the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and
thereon coloured orange.
