Additional Land Taken for a Public School in the Borough of New Lynn

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of May 1960.

All that piece of land containing 11·6 perches, situated in Block X, Houhora East Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Section 23; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 161482 (S.O. 42005) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
