A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of road situated in Block V, Oroua Survey District, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

A. R. P. Being

0 2 6·2 Adjoining Section 2 of Subdivision B, Manchester Block, and part Lot 3, D.P. 1413, being part Section 2 of Subdivision B, Manchester Block; coloured green on plan.

0 0 2·5 Being road by Proclamation No. 453834, being formerly part Lot 3, D.P. 1413, being part Section 2 of Subdivision B, Manchester Block; coloured orange, edged orange, on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 160943 (S.O. 24340) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the portion of road described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby closed and that the road described in the said First Schedule is added to the land now held for a teacher's residence described in the Second Schedule hereto.

ALL that piece of road containing 35·92 perches, situated in Block V, Wainuioru Survey District, Wellington R.D., adjoining or passing through part Te Wera-A-Whaitiri 6B; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 159165 (S.O. 24356) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green, edged green.

SECOND SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 37·21 perches, situated in Block V, Wainuioru Survey District, Wellington R.D., being part Te Wera-A-Whaitiri 6B, being part Proclamation No. 435492, Wellington Land Registry; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 159165 (S.O. 24356) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 9th day of October 1945, published in Gazette, 11 October 1945, Vol. III, page 1264, and registered as No. 3605, Wellington Land Registry, defining the middle line of a deviation of portion of the Wellington-Paekakariki Centennial Main Highway, in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 14 of the Wildlife Act 1953, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare the area described in the Schedule hereto to be a wildlife refuge in the Bay of Islands Acclimatisation District for the purposes of the Wildlife Act 1953.

SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
Moturoa Island: Area, 363 acres and 36 perches, more or less. All certificate of title, Volume 37, folio 224.

Black Rocks and adjacent islets and rocks: Area, 40 acres, more or less.

All situated in Blocks XIII, Kerikeri, and XIII, Bay of Islands Survey Districts. As shown on the plan marked L. and S. 22/4992 deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 31st day of March 1960.
