AUCKLAND CITY COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

In the matter of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and
in the matter of the Public Works Act 1928.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Auckland City Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute a certain public work, namely, a parking place, and for the purposes of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Town Clerk at the Town Hall, Auckland, and is open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours.

All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of such land who have any well grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land must state their objections in writing and send the same within 40 days from the first publication of this notice to the Town Clerk, Town Hall, Auckland.

SCHEDULE

TWELVE decimal five (12·5) perches, more or less, being Lot 10 of a subdivision of part Allotments 1, 33, and 34 of Section 54, Town of Auckland, comprised in certificate of title, Volume 758, folio 67, Auckland Registry (limited as to parcels).

All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of such land who have any well grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land must state their objections in writing and send the same within 40 days from the first publication of this notice to the Town Clerk, Town Hall, Auckland.

DECIMAL three four (.34) perches, more or less, being part Allotments 20 and 21, Section 47, City of Auckland, comprised in Deeds Index 3A/1474, Auckland Registry.

BOROUGH OF PUKEKOHE

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

In the matter of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and the Public Works Act 1928 and in the matter of the intention of the Pukekohe Borough Council to take certain land for the purposes of a parking place and a transport station.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Pukekohe Borough Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute certain public works, namely, the provision of a parking place and a transport station in the Borough of Pukekohe; and that for the purposes of the said works the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken; and that a plan showing the said land with a general description of the said works and of the said land is deposited in the public office of the Council situate in Hall Street in the said borough and is open for inspection by all persons during ordinary office hours; and that the Council calls upon all persons affected to set forth in writing any well grounded

objections to the execution of such works or to the taking of such land and to send to the Council such writing within 40 days from the first publication of this notice.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land situate in the Borough of Pukekohe containing 2·6 perches, more or less, being part of Allotment 39 of Suburban Section 2 of the Parish of Pukekohe, and being part of the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 593, folio 140 of the Register Book of the District of Auckland; as the same is more particularly delineated by the above-mentioned plan, and thereon coloured yellow.

HAMILTON CITY COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928.

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Hamilton City Council proposes to execute certain public works, to wit, the formation of a street, for which purpose the lands described in the Schedule hereto require to be taken by the Hamilton City Council under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, sections 22 and 23. A plan of the lands required to be taken as aforesaid is open for inspection at the office of the Hamilton City Council, Alma Street, Hamilton.

All persons affected are hereby called upon to set forth in writing any well founded objections to the execution of such works or to the taking of such lands and to send such writing to the Hamilton City Council within 40 days from the date of the first publication of this notice.

SCHEDULE

TEN decimal six (10·6) perches, more or less, being part of Section 436 of the Town of Hamilton East, shown on Survey Office Plan No. 40272, and thereon coloured blue.

WAITOTARA COUNTY COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR THE PURPOSE OF ROAD WIDENING

In the matter of the Counties Act 1956 and the Public Works Act 1928.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Waitotara County Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to take the pieces of land described in the Schedule hereto for road widening; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the said pieces of land so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Clerk to the said Council situate at 331 Victoria Avenue, Wanganui, and is open to inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours.

All persons affected by the taking of the said land who have any well grounded objection to the taking of any of the said lands must state their objection in writing and send the same, within 40 days of the first publication of this notice, to the County Clerk at the Council Chambers.
