Crown Land Set Apart for Road in Block IV, Russell Survey District

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of March 1960.

SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of Crown land containing 3 perches, situated in Block IV, Russell Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Taupirinui Stream Bed; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 161012 (S.O. 31381) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 22nd day of March 1960.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of an aerodrome; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of March 1960.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of Crown land containing 3 acres 2 roods 29 perches, situated in Block V, Titirangi Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being Crown land; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 161197 (S.O. 41895) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 16th day of March 1960.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of March 1960.

ALL that piece of Crown land containing 3 roods 31·9 perches, situated in Block VI, Komakorau Survey District, being Lots 1 and 2, D.P. S. 5033, being part New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co. Ltd. Grant. Formerly part certificate of title, Volume 417, folio 277, Auckland Land Registry.

ALL that portion of public domain containing 2 acres 3 roods 15·7 perches, situated in Block VII, Town of Macraes, Otago R.D., being part Section 1; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 161311 (S.O. 12841) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

An Easement Over a Public Reserve Taken for the Purposes of a Secondary School in the City of Christchurch

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that an easement is hereby taken for the purposes of a secondary school over the public reserve described in the First Schedule hereto, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity to lay, construct, place, reconstruct, cleanse, repair, and maintain a line of sewer pipes under, along, and over the said public reserve, and to use the said line of pipes for the unimpeded conveyance of sewage, such easement to be held appurtenant to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of March 1960.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

ALL that public reserve containing 10·3 perches, situated in the City of Christchurch, and being part Lot 28, D.P. 9028, being part Rural Section 88. Balance certificate of title, Volume 413, folio 47, Canterbury Land Registry.

SECOND SCHEDULE

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 10 acres and 28·1 perches, situated in the City of Christchurch, being part Rural Section 88, and part Lot 28, D.P. 9028, being other part Rural Section 88. All certificate of title, Volume 821, folio 71, Canterbury Land Registry.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject as to the land secondly described in the First Schedule hereto to the pipeline easement created in and by memorandum of transfer No. 257392, Auckland Land Registry, for a public school and that an easement is hereby taken for the purposes of a public school over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen the full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity to lay, construct, place, reconstruct, inspect, cleanse, repair, renew, and maintain a line of pipes under, along, and across the land described in the Second Schedule hereto; and to use the said line of pipes
