ALL that piece of land containing 0·5 perches, situated in
Block III, Waitakere Survey District, Auckland R.D., and
being part Lot 1, D.P. 25709, being part Piha Block; coloured
sepia, edged sepia, on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked P.W.D. 161278 (S.O. 41845) deposited in the office
of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
as above mentioned.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or
enjoyment of a public school; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of
March 1960.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 38·3 perches, situated in
Block III, Waitakere Survey District, Auckland R.D., and
being part Lot 247, D.P. 24231, being part Piha Block; as
the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
P.W.D. 161278 (S.O. 41845) deposited in the office of the
Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow,
edged yellow.
