Land Set Apart as Provisional State Forest Declared to be Subject to the Land Act 1948

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 19 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, acting on the joint recommendation of the Minister of Lands and of the Minister of Forests, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being provisional State forest reserve set apart by Proclamation dated the 29th day of October 1928, and published in Gazette, 1 November 1928, Volume III, page 3120, is required for settlement purposes; and, in accordance with the provisions of the said Act, such land shall, from and after the day of the gazetting hereof, cease to be provisional State forest land and shall become Crown land available for sale, lease, reservation, or other disposition under the provisions of the Land Act 1948.

SCHEDULE

NELSON LAND DISTRICT

PART Section 9, Block XIII, Matiri Survey District: Area, 30 acres, more or less. As shown on the plan marked L. and S. 10/97/29A deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (S.O. Plan 10112.)

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 17th day of March 1960.

ALL that piece of land containing 2 roods 19Β·1 perches, situated in the City of Christchurch, being part Lot 2, D.P. 2227 (being part Town Reserve 44) and part Town Reserve 22; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 160930 (S.O. 9608) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

SECOND SCHEDULE

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 2 roods 27Β·3 perches, situated in the City of Christchurch, being Lots 3, 4, and part 2, D.P. 2227 (being part Town Reserve 44) and other part of Town Reserve 44; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 160930 (S.O. 9608) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 16th day of March 1960.

Land Held for State Housing Purposes Set Apart for Defence Purposes and Health Purposes in the City of Christchurch

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land now held for State housing purposes described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for defence purposes, and that the land now held for State housing purposes described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for health purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of March 1960.

Crown Land Set Apart for Road in Block I, Mahurangi Survey District

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of March 1960.

SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of Crown land containing 8 perches, situated in Block I, Mahurangi Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part bed Waitaraire Stream; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 161202 (S.O. 41227) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue, edged blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 16th day of March 1960.
