Land Proclaimed as Street and Street Closed in the City of Dunedin

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as street the land described in the First Schedule hereto and proclaim as closed the land described in the Second Schedule.

FIRST SCHEDULE

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block X, North Harbour and Blueskin Survey District, City of Dunedin, Otago R.D., described as follows:

A. R. P.

0 0 0·1 Part Lot 22, Block IV, D.P. 1793, being part Section 2; coloured blue on plan.

0 0 1 Part Section 134R; coloured orange on plan.

SECOND SCHEDULE

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of street containing 19·8 perches, adjoining or passing through parts of Section 134R and part Lot 22, Block IV, D.P. 1793, being part Section 2; coloured green on plan.

As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 160554 (S.O. 12752) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 21st day of December 1959.

Street Closed in the City of Napier and Added to Land Acquired for the Purposes of the Housing Act 1955

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the street described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby closed and added to the land acquired for the purposes of the Housing Act 1955 described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE

HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of street situated in the City of Napier, Hawke’s Bay R.D., described as follows:

0 0 4·8 Lots 5 and 6, D.P. 7829, and parts Lots 28 and 29, D.P. 6257, being part Te Whare-O-Maraenui Block and part Old Bed of Tutaekuri River.

0 0 5·4 Part Lot 29, D.P. 6257, being part Old Bed of Tutaekuri River and part Section 13R, Block VIII, Heretaunga Survey District.

0 0 18·4 Part Lot 29, D.P. 6257, being part Old Bed of Tutaekuri River and part Section 13R, Block VIII, Heretaunga Survey District.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 160470 (S.O. 3157) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

SECOND SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land containing 234 acres 3 roods 28 perches, situated in the City of Napier, Hawke’s Bay R.D., and being all the land comprised and described in the Second Schedule of Proclamation 116164, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry.

ALL that piece of land containing 2 roods 39·3 perches, situated in Block III, Clive Survey District, Hawke’s Bay R.D., and being part Lot 1, D.P. 6994, part Suburban Section 300, Clive; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 147169 (S.O. 2835) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.
