PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Schedule hereto.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of road containing 12 acres 1 rood 16 perches, situated in Block I, Rangitaiki Upper Survey District, adjoining or passing through parts Lot 2 of Allotment 169, Matata Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 160811 (S.O. 39976) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto and comprised in roadways laid out by the Maori Land Court by orders dated the 30th day of January 1957, to be road.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the middle line of a road desired to be constructed over Blocks V, IX, XIII, and XIV, Ohinewairua Survey District, viz, a deviation of the Waiouru-Bulls State Highway, shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall affect only the lands situated within the limits of the area bounded by broken red lines shown on the plan marked P.W.D. 160835 referred to in the Schedule hereto.
