Leasehold Estate in Land Taken for the Purposes of a Road and for the Use, Convenience, or Enjoyment of a Road in Block IV, Cheviot Survey District

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land first to thirdly described in the First Schedule hereto and in the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by William Donald Stewart, of Spotswood, Cheviot, farmer, under and by virtue of Crown lease, Volume 271, folio 27, Canterbury Land Registry, is hereby taken for the purposes of a road, and for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road respectively, and the leasehold estate in the land fourthly and fifthly described in the First Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Pyne, Gould, Guinness Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Christchurch, under and by virtue of Crown lease, Volume 165, folio 37, Canterbury Land Registry, is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of January 1960.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Dargaville as from the date hereinafter mentioned, and that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a street and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Dargaville as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of January 1960.

ALL that piece of land containing 3 roods 8·7 perches, situated in Block XIII, Maungaru Survey District, Borough of Dargaville, Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 2, D.P. 12897, being part Kaihu No. 2d Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 160709 (S.O. 41539) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
