Crown Land Set Apart for a Public School in Block VI,
Tauhara Survey District, and Previous Proclamation Revoked

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 8th day of October
1959 and published in Gazette, 15 October 1959, No. 62, page
1466, setting apart Crown land for a public school in Block VI,
Tauhara Survey District, and hereby proclaim and declare that
the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby
set apart for a public school; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of
January 1960.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 5 acres, situated in Block VI,
Tauhara Survey District, Auckland R.D., being part Section 39;
as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
P.W.D. 160245 (S.O. 40006) deposited in the office of the
Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 23rd day of December 1959.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is
hereby set apart for a teacher’s residence subject to the
building-line condition imposed by K. 38031, Wellington Land
Registry; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the 18th day of January 1960.

hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken together with drainage right
created in and by memorandum of acceptance No. X18798,
Otago Land Registry, for police purposes (residence); and
I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 18th day of January 1960.
