CORRIGENDA

IN the notice dated the 23rd day of September 1959 and published in Gazette, 1 October 1959, No. 59, page 1393, declaring land taken for a Government work and not required for that purpose to be Crown land, subject to a building-line restriction, for “Lots 482 and 499”, read “Lots 482 to 499”.

Dated at Wellington this 6th day of January 1960.

IN the notice releasing land and declaring land under the provisions of the Maori Affairs Act 1953 (Maniapoto Development Scheme) published in the Gazette, 19 November 1959, No. 70, page 1675, for “Puketapu A 2B 1 part” in First Schedule read “Puketutu A 2B 1 part”.

Crown Land Set Apart for Road in Block XIV, Waingaromia Survey District, Waikohu County


COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of January 1960.


SCHEDULE

GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XIV, Waingaromia Survey District, Waikohu County, Gisborne R.D., described as follows:

A. R. P. Being
2 1 38·5 Part Section 7.
0 0 0·6 Part Section 6.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 159741 (S.O. 5043) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 15th day of December 1959.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of January 1960.


SCHEDULE

HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of Crown land situated in Blocks II and III, Clive Survey District, Hawke’s Bay R.D., described as follows:

0 3 6·4 Part 1B Hikutoto South Block, Block II, coloured blue on plan.
0 2 32·8 Part Accretion to 1B Hikutoto South Block, Block II; coloured blue, edged blue, on plan.
2 3 32·2 Part Bed of Tukituki River; coloured orange on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 147169 (S.O. 2835) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of Crown land containing 7·5 perches, situated in Block XII, Otamatea Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 1, D.P. 29703, being portion of Allotment S.E. 118, Parish of Oruawharo; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 160741 (S.O. 41615) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 15th day of December 1959.
