NASH, C.H., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL PURSUANT to section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby approves of the resolution passed by the Whangarei Borough Council on the 2nd day of September 1959, and set out in the First Schedule hereto, in so far as it affects the portion of street described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT THE Whangarei Borough Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the Borough of Whangarei, by resolution declares that the provisions of section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928 shall not apply to the northern side of the portion of Rust Avenue adjoining portion of Allotment 1, Whangarei Parish, being the land described in certificate of title, Volume 824, folio 202.

SECOND SCHEDULE
