NASH, C.H., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL PURSUANT to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the Ashburton County Council stopping the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT ALL those pieces of land situated in Block III, Westerfield Survey District, Canterbury R.D., described as follows: A. R. P. Being 1 2 1 Rural Section 35820; coloured green on plan. 3 1 4 Rural Sections 26408 and 35984; coloured green on plan. As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 161035 (S.O. 9599) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned. T. Authorising the Laying Off of a Street off Mountain Road in the City of Auckland

NASH, C.H., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL PURSUANT to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Auckland City Council to permit the laying off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto at a width for part of its length of less than 66 ft but not less than 40 ft.

COBHAM, Governor-General ORDER IN COUNCIL At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 8th day of March 1960 Present:
THE RIGHT HON. W. NASH, C.H., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL PURSUANT to section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby approves of the resolution passed by the Whangarei Borough Council on the 2nd day of September 1959, and set out in the First Schedule hereto, in so far as it affects the portion of street described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT THE Whangarei Borough Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the Borough of Whangarei, by resolution declares that the provisions of section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928 shall not apply to the northern side of the portion of Rust Avenue adjoining portion of Allotment 1, Whangarei Parish, being the land described in certificate of title, Volume 824, folio 202.
SECOND SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT THE northern side of all that portion of street situated in the Borough of Whangarei known as Rust Avenue fronting part Allotment 1, Whangarei Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 161091 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
