A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 10th day of
February 1939, published in Gazette, 16 February 1939,
Volume I, page 226, and deposited in the Land Registry
Office at Auckland as No. 9861, defining the middle line of
a road in Blocks III and VII, Otanake Survey District, viz.,
a deviation of the Te Kuiti-New Plymouth State Highway,
in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 80 acres 1 rood 24 perches,
situated in Blocks III and IV, Otanake Survey District, being
Pukenui B 9 Block. All certificate of title, Volume 1482,
folio 88, Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 2nd day of March 1960.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 7th day of July
1952 and published in the Gazette of that year at page 1175,
and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland as
No. 13576, in so far as it affects Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7,
D.P. 46457, being part Allotment 66, Titirangi Parish, being
formerly part Lot 2, D.P. 4801, and being part of the land in
certificate of title, Volume 211, folio 259, Auckland Registry.
Situated in Block IV, Titirangi Survey District, City of
Auckland.

poses; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the 14th day of March 1960.

purposes; and that the Crown land in the Second Schedule,
together with the water rights appurtenant thereto, created
by memorandum of transfer No. 64328, Hawke's Bay Registry,
is hereby set apart for railway purposes; and I also declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the
14th day of March 1960.

ALL that piece of Crown land in the Hawke's Bay Land District,
containing 32·8 perches, situated in the City of Hastings,
Hawke's Bay R.D., and being Lot 14, D.P. 9387, part Here-
taunga Block. Formerly part certificate of title, H.B. Volume

SECOND SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of Crown land in the Hawke's Bay Land Dis-
trict, containing 29·1 perches, situated in the City of Hastings,

of the Gisborne-Rotorua Railway, and that the land described
in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a road
diversion in connection therewith.

coloured orange.
Situated in Block IV, Waikohu Survey District, Waikohu
County. (S.O. 4940.)
In the Gisborne Land District; as the same are more par-
ticularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 16411 deposited
in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and
thereon coloured as above mentioned.

General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
