Leasehold Estate in Land Taken for a Public School in the
City of Dunedin
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by James Mathieson Rodger, of Dunedin, butcher, under and by virtue of Crown renewable lease No. 5, Volume 369, folio 137, Otago Land Registry, is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of March 1960.

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 15·1 perches, situated in Block VI, Town District, City of Dunedin, Otago R.D., being part Lot 4, D.P. 7555 and being also part Section 39; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 161020 (S.O. 12788) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
