Rights of Way Over Land Taken for State Housing Purposes in the City of Auckland

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the rights of way over the land described in the Schedule hereto, implied by virtue of section 168 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, are hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of March 1960.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XV, Waitemata Survey District, City of Auckland, Auckland R.D., described as follows:
