Crown Land and Portion of a Public Reserve Set Apart for
Road in Block XII, Wakamarina Survey District
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described
in the First Schedule hereto, and the portion of public
reserve described in the Second Schedule hereto, are hereby
set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the 7th day of March 1960.
FIRST SCHEDULE
MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 19·5 perches, situated in
Block XII, Wakamarina Survey District, Marlborough R.D.,
being part Sections 65 and 66, Town of Havelock; as the
same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
P.W.D. 161147 (S.O. 4410) deposited in the office of the
Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
SECOND SCHEDULE
MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 2 acres 1 rood 28·7
perches, situated in Block XII, Wakamarina Survey District,
Marlborough R.D., being part Sections 216, 217, and 218,
Town of Havelock; as the same is more particularly de-
lineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 161147 (S.O. 4410)
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wel-
ington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 24th day of February 1960.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for State housing purposes;
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect
on and after the 7th day of March 1960.
SCHEDULE
NELSON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of Crown land containing 1 acre 1 rood 38·4
perches, situated in the Borough of Westport, Nelson R.D.,
and being Lots 1, 4, 5, 6, and 7, D.P. 5487, being part Sections
1001 and 1157, Town of Westport. Part certificate of title,
Volume 132, folio 80, Nelson Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for post-office pur-
poses (transmitter station); and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of
March 1960.
SCHEDULE
SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land containing 833 acres and 30 perches,
situated in Block XII, Campbelltown Hundred, Southland
R.D., being Sections 10 and 11.

also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 7th day of March 1960.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XIV, Otahuhu
Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

53 2 14 Part Lot 2, D.P. 26562, being part Takaanini’s
Grant; coloured yellow on plan.
6 0 4·4} Parts Lot 2, D.P. 26562, being part Takaanini’s
1 0 33·2} Grant; coloured yellow, edged yellow, on
15 3 5 } plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked P.W.D. 161121 (S.O. 41869) deposited in the office
of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
as above mentioned.

1369. All certificate of title, Volume 581, folio 265, Auckland
Land Registry (limited as to parcels).
