Declaring Land to be Crown Land
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land and to be subject to the Land Act 1948.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 205 acres 3 roods 7 perches, more or less, being the block of land known as Ketetangariki B 2d Block, situated in Block III, Tutamoe Survey District. (M.L. Plan 10702.)
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 24th day of February 1960.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway, is hereby set apart for the development of water power (Otahuhu substation); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of March 1960.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 23·8 perches, situated in Block VI, Otahuhu Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 1, D.P. 27223, being part Allotment 11, Manurewa Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 147850 (S.O. 39191) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 25th day of February 1960.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, subject to pipeline certificate No. X.18156, Otago Land Registry, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of March 1960.

ALL that piece of land containing 3 roods 33·7 perches, situated in Ocean Beach Survey District, City of Dunedin, being Lot 4, D.P. 9516. Part certificate of title, Volume 357, folio 148, Otago Land Registry.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the portion of public reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of March 1960.

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 11·3 perches, situated in Block VI, Town District, City of Dunedin, Otago R.D., being part Lot 2, D.P. 7555, and being also part Section 39; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 161020 (S.O. 12788) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 24th day of February 1960.
