HOROWHENUA COUNTY COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, notice is hereby given that the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Horowhenua require to take the lands described in the Schedule hereto. The lands are required for the purpose of a public work, namely, for a road. Notice is hereby given that a plan of the said lands is open for inspection at the offices of the Horowhenua County Council, Bath Street, Levin. All persons affected by such taking are hereby required to set forth in writing any well grounded objections to the execution of such work or to the taking of such lands and to send such writing within forty (40) days from the first publication of this notice to the County Clerk at the Council Chambers, Bath Street, Levin.

PETONE BOROUGH COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

In the matter of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and the Public Works Act 1928.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Petone Borough Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts and every other authority it thereunto enabling, to execute a certain public work, namely, the extension and enlargement of water works; and for the purposes of such public work the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the lands so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Town Clerk to the said Council, situate in Jackson Street, and is open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours.

All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of such land who have any well grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land must state their objections in writing and send the same within forty (40) days from the first publication of this notice to the Town Clerk at the Council Chambers, Jackson Street.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land situate in Block VIII of the Belmont Survey District containing fifteen (15) acres and seventeen (17) perches, more or less, being Section 50, Normandale Settlement, and being the balance of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 472, folio 211, Wellington Registry.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928 and the Acts amending the same.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Mayor, Councillors and Citizens of the City of Christchurch, a body corporate under the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, proposes to take, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928 and its amendments, for the purposes of a street; all that parcel of land situated in the City of Christchurch containing 4³/₁₀ perches,

being that portion of Lot 3 on Deposit Plan 474, part Rural Section 311, part of the land in certificate of title, Volume 126, folio 200, more particularly shown coloured blue on a plan lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Christchurch, and therein numbered S.O. 9649; and notice is hereby further given that a plan showing the land required to be taken and the names of the owners and occupiers of such land is deposited at the offices of the Town Clerk at Christchurch where it lies open for public inspection daily, without fee, during all reasonable hours; and that all persons affected shall, if they have objections to the taking of such land, set forth in writing such objection and send such writing within 40 days from the date of the first publication of such notice, being the 20th day of February 1960, addressed to the Town Clerk, Christchurch.

PURSUANT to the provisions of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953 and the regulations made thereunder, the Third Section of the Wellington Regional Plan covering Urban and Rural Lands (Plan R.S. 76D), having been recommended by the Wellington Regional Planning Authority, certified by the Hon. WAIUKU BOROUGH COUNCIL

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a resolution of the Council made on the 15th day of February 1960, a district scheme has been recommended for approval under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953.

The scheme relates to the Borough of Waiuku.

The scheme has been deposited in the offices of the Waiuku Borough at No. 2 Queen Street, Waiuku, and is open for inspection, without fee, to all persons interested therein at any time when the above place is open to the public.

Objections to the scheme or any part thereof shall be in writing in the form No. 4 prescribed in the First Schedule of the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1954 and shall be lodged at the office of the Council at any time not later than the 31st day of May 1960.

At a later date every objection will be open for public inspection and any person who wishes to support or oppose any objection will be entitled to be heard at the hearing of objections if he notifies the Town Clerk in writing within a period of which will be given.
