A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 8th day of October 1959 and published in Gazette, 15 October 1959, No. 62, page 1471, proclaiming land as road in Block XI, Mahinapua Survey District, Westland County, in so far as it affects the area of 28 perches, firstly described in the Schedule to the said Proclamation, and hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of December 1959.

WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 22·8 perches, situated in Block XI, Mahinapua Survey District, Westland R.D., being part Reserve 146; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 160194 (S.O. 4831) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
