Land Proclaimed as Street in the City of Dunedin

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1·17 perches, situated in the City of Dunedin, Otago R.D., being part Lot 214, D.P. 8034, being part Section 26, Wakari Survey District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 160715 (S.O. 12567) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 15th day of December 1959.

Land Proclaimed as Street, Street Closed, and Added to Land Acquired for the Purposes of the Housing Act 1955, in the City of Gisborne

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby proclaimed as street, and the street described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed and added to the land acquired for the purposes of the Housing Act 1955 described in the Third Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE
GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 14 perches, situated in the City of Gisborne, Gisborne R.D., and being part Lots 23 and 25, D.P. 1644, being part Kaiti 334 Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 160472 (S.O. 5129) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

SECOND SCHEDULE
GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of street containing 1·6 perches, situated in the City of Gisborne, Gisborne R.D., and adjoining or passing through Lots 21 and 23, D.P. 1644, being part Kaiti 334 Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 160472 (S.O. 5129) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

THIRD SCHEDULE
GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 3 acres 1 rood 14·8 perches, situated in the City of Gisborne, Gisborne R.D., and being Lots 18 to 26 (inclusive), D.P. 1644, part Kaiti 334 Block, Block VII, Turanganui Survey District. All certificate of title, Volume 47, folio 244.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 26th day of November 1959.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block VI, Waitemata Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

0 0 11 Part Foreshore Reserve on D.P. 23128, being part Allotment 16, Paremoremo Parish, plan P.W.D. 160107. (S.O. 37415.)

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked as above mentioned, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
