Land Taken for Street and for the Purposes of a Sports Ground in the City of Nelson
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street, that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a sports ground, and that the said pieces of land shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Nelson as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of December 1959.
FIRST SCHEDULE
NELSON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 0·6 perches, situated in the City of Nelson, Nelson R.D., being part Lot 1, D.P. 93, being part Section 239A; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 160545 (S.O. 10120) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
SECOND SCHEDULE
NELSON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 perch, situated in the City of Nelson, Nelson R.D., being part Lot 3, D.P. 93, being part Section 239A; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 160545 (S.O. 10120) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 10th day of December 1959.

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Oamaru as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of December 1959.

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land in Block XC, Town of Oamaru, Otago R.D., described as follows:
