PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a quarry, subject to the
drainage easement created by memorandum of transfer No.
421731, Wellington Land Registry; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of
December 1959.

Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of
New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land

lane and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of
the Borough of Upper Hutt as from the date hereinbefore
mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall
take effect on and after the 21st day of December 1959.
