A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of December 1959.

SCHEDULE

HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 5·5 perches, situated in the City of Hastings, Hawke’s Bay R.D., and being part Heretaunga Block. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 160133 (S.O. 3162) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
