A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of December 1959.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 13·3 perches, situated in Block XI, Otahuhu Survey District, Borough of Manurewa, Auckland R.D., and being portion of Clendon’s Grant and being more particularly shown on D.P. 23682. All certificate of title, Volume 624, folio 182, Auckland Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 10th day of December 1959.

ALL that piece of land containing 5 acres 1 rood 17·9 perches, situated in Block I, Orere Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 5, D.P. 10469, being part Orere North Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D 160683 (S.O. 41793) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
