Land Taken for a Police Station in the City of New Plymouth
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a police station; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of December 1959.
SCHEDULE
TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 22·5 perches, situated in the City of New Plymouth, Taranaki R.D., being part Section 690, Town of New Plymouth. All certificate of title, Volume 129, folio 231, Taranaki Land Registry (limited as to parcels).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 10th day of December 1959.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a police station; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of December 1959.

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 20·2 perches, situated in Block IX, Pomahaka Survey District, being Lot 5 and part Lot 4, Block I, Deeds Plan 210, being part Section 79; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 160722 (S.O. 12781) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, and section 6 of the Statutes Amendment Act 1945, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an institution established under the Child Welfare Act 1925; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of December 1959.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for electric works and shall vest in the Hawke’s Bay Electric Power Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of December 1959.

HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 39·6 perches, situated in the Borough of Havelock North, Hawke’s Bay R.D., and being Lot 4, D.P. 9417, being part Suburban Section 28, Havelock. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 160562 (S.O. 3179) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for agricultural purposes (animal research station); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of December 1959.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 32 acres and 20 perches, situated in Block XV, Akatarawa Survey District, Wellington R.D., being part of the land first described in subsection (7) of section 18 of the Reserves and Other Lands Disposal Act 1955; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 160620 (S.O. 24123) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
