PURSUANT to section 175 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Otahuhu Borough Council to reclaim from the sea in Tamaki River, Auckland Harbour, the land edged green on plan marked M.D. 10677 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, such reclamation to be carried out in accordance with the said plan.

PURSUANT to section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby approves of the resolution passed by the Wellington City Council on the 16th day of September 1959 and set out in the First Schedule hereto, in so far as it affects the side and portion of street described in the Second Schedule hereto, subject to the condition that no building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the side and portion of street described in the said Second Schedule within a distance of 33 ft from the centre-line of the said portion of street.

FIRST SCHEDULE
THE Wellington City Council being the local authority having control of the streets in Wellington City, by resolution declares that the provisions of section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928, shall not apply to the eastern side of the portion of Edinburgh Terrace adjoining Lot 7, D.P. 165, being all (or part) of the land in certificate of title, Volume 266, folio 266, Wellington Registry, as is more particularly shown on the plan annexed hereto.
