Definition of the Purpose of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby defines the purpose to which the public
reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall be dedicated
as a reserve for recreation purposes.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

Lot 29, D.P. 32469, being part Section 5, Block V, Putaruru
Village, situated in Block VI, Patetere North Survey District:
Area, 2 roods 10·57 perches, more or less. Part certificate of

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for road
purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Area, 2 chains wide, around Lakes Tekapo, Alexandrina,
Pukaki, and Ohau, and also along the banks of the rivers
Godley, Macaulay, Cass, Tekapo, Jollie, Tasman, Pukaki,
Hopkins, Dobson, and Ohau.

Licensing the 1st Onerahi Boy Scout Group Committee to
Use and Occupy a Part of the Foreshore and Land Below
Low-water Mark at Steven’s Point, Onerahi, as a Site for
a Boat Ramp

Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine
hereby licenses and permits the 1st Onerahi Boy Scout Group
Committee (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall
include its successors or assigns unless the context requires
a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the
foreshore and land below low-water mark at Steven’s Point,
Onerahi, as shown on plan marked M.D. 10660 and deposited
in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the
purpose of erecting and maintaining a boat ramp thereon as
shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed
by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions
set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

  1. This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regu-
    lations 1940, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so
    far as applicable, apply hereto.
  2. The premium payable by the licensee shall be one pound
    (£1) and the annual sum so payable three pounds (£3).
  3. The term of this licence shall be 14 years from the 1st
    day of November 1959.

Licensing the Titahi Bay Boating Club (Inc.) to Use and Occupy
a Part of the Foreshore at Onepoto in Porirua Harbour

Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine
hereby licenses and permits the Titahi Bay Boating Club
(Inc.) (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall
include its successors or assigns unless the context requires
a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the fore-
shore and land below low-water mark at Onepoto in Porirua
Harbour as a site for boatsheds as shown on plans marked
M.D. 10321 and M.D. 10640 and deposited in the office of
the Marine Department at Wellington, such licence to be held
and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and
conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

This licence is in substitution for the licence of 21 January
1958 permitting the licensee to use and occupy the site as shown
on plan M.D. 10321 and that licence is hereby accordingly
revoked.

SCHEDULE

  1. This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regu-
    lations 1940, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so
    far as applicable, apply hereto.

Declaring Land Taken for a Government Work and Not
Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land Subject to a
Building-line Condition

Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares the land in the Schedule
hereto to be deemed to have been Crown land for the purposes
of the Land Act 1948 as from the 30th day of June 1958,
subject to the building-line condition imposed by K. 41304,
Wellington Land Registry.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

All that piece of land containing 2 roods 26·16 perches,
situated in Block XI, Paekakariki Survey District, Wellington
R.D., being Lots 12 to 15, D.P. 20929, being part Koanga-

Wellington Land Registry.
