Land Held for State Housing Purposes Set Apart for a Public School in the Borough of Oamaru
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 30th day of November 1959.
SCHEDULE
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 10 acres 1 rood 36·9 perches, situated in Block I, Oamaru Survey District, Borough of Oamaru, being Lot 124, D.P. 9551. Part Proclamation No. 7125, Otago Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 13th day of November 1959.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 30th day of November 1959.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block I, Kurow Survey District, Otago R.D., described as follows:

Land and an Easement Over Land Taken for a Public School in Block III, Titirangi Survey District
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school, and that an easement is hereby taken for the purposes of a public school over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen the full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity to lay, construct, place, reconstruct, inspect, cleanse, repair, renew, and maintain a line of pipes under, along, and across the said land, and to use the said line of pipes for the unimpeded conveyance of stormwater, such easement to be held appurtenant to the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 30th day of November 1959.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block III, Titirangi Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

ALL that piece of land containing 6·4 perches, situated in Block III, Titirangi Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 223, Waikomiti Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 160487 (S.O. 41791) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
