Agreement for Grant of Right of Way in Favour of Ngaire Maude Hewison, Wife of Richard James Hewison of Te Puke, Farmer, Over Land Situated in Block VII, Maketu Survey District, Held for a Public School, Assented to

WHEREAS by a Proclamation dated the 4th day of June 1958 and published in Gazette, 12 June 1958, Volume II, page 749, an area of land comprising 1 acre 1 rood 36 perches, being part Section 19, Block VII, Maketu Survey District, was taken for additional land for a public school: And whereas Ngaire Maude Hewison, wife of Richard James Hewison, of Te Puke, farmer, was entitled to compensation in respect of the said land: And whereas the Minister of Works agreed to grant to the said Ngaire Maude Hewison a right of way over the adjoining land held for a public school in addition to the payment of a sum of money in full satisfaction of the compensation aforesaid: And whereas the said Ngaire Maude Hewison agreed to accept such grant of right of way in addition to payment of a sum of money in full satisfaction of the said compensation: Now, therefore, the Minister of Works hereby gives notice, in pursuance of section 97 of the Public Works Act 1928, that he assents to the agreement hereinbefore referred to.
