Proclaiming Land as Road in the District of Avarua, Rarotonga, Cook Islands
Pursuant to section 607 of the Cook Islands Act 1915, the Minister of Island Territories hereby proclaims as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

ALL those pieces of land situated in the district of Avarua, in the Island of Rarotonga, Cook Islands, described as follows:

0 0 3·8 Part of Te Ruakina, Section 68B, Takuvaine Tapere; coloured yellow on plan.
0 0 1·68 Part Ruatara, Section 11, Takuvaine Tapere; coloured neutral on plan.
0 0 0·05 Uninvestigated Native land, Takuvaine Tapere; coloured blue on plan.
As the same are delineated on the plan signed by the Resident Commissioner of the Cook Islands and deposited in the office of the Registrar of the High Court of the Cook Islands at Rarotonga under No. 71, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Portion of Road Closed in the District of Avarua, Rarotonga, Cook Islands
Pursuant to section 613 of the Cook Islands Act 1915, the Minister of Island Territories hereby proclaims as closed the portions of road mentioned and described in the Schedule hereto.
