PURSUANT to section 15 of the Royal New Zealand Air Force
Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General has been
pleased to approve the following appointments, promotion,
extensions of commissions and date of retirement, transfer,
termination, and cancellation of commissions, and resignation
of officers of the Royal New Zealand Air Force:

REGULAR AIR FORCE
GENERAL DUTIES BRANCH
Appointment
Flight Lieutenant Francis James McDavitt (70972) to be
temporary Squadron Leader, with effect from 28 October
1959.
Cancellation of Commission
The commission of Acting Pilot Officer Trevor Norman de
Stigter (75188) is cancelled, with effect from 30 September
1959.
Resignation
Pilot Officer Robert Val Tait (923132) resigns his com-
mission, with effect from 18 September 1959.

Cadet Battalion, with effect from 16 October 1959.

Flying Officer Harold Albert Linney to be Flight Lieutenant,
with effect from 10 September 1959.
RESERVE OF AIR FORCE OFFICERS

    Ian Roy Cadwallader (690875) is granted a commission in
    the General Duties Branch, Reserve of Air Force Officers,
    for a period ending 25 April 1970 in the rank of Flying
    Officer with seniority from 23 August 1956, with effect from
    26 March 1959.
    Flight Lieutenant Francis Davitt Mandival Moran, M.B.E.
    (130811), to be temporary Squadron Leader while attached to
    the Air Training Corps, with effect from 23 October 1959.
    Extensions of Commissions
    The under-mentioned officers are granted extensions of their
    present commissions until the dates shown:

district has been issued.

Appointment of Members of Punakaiki Domain Board

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby appoints
Louis Francis Anderson
to be a member of the Punakaiki Domain Board, Westland
Land District, in place of Arthur Martindale Ross, resigned,
and further, increases the total number of members of the said
Domain Board from seven to nine and appoints
William Charles Fischer and
Winton Prattley
as the additional members of the Board.
