Present:
THE RIGHT HON. W. NASH PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Valuation of Land Act 1951, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby directs that the revision of the district valuation rolls for the districts enumerated in the first column of the Schedule hereto shall be postponed and that such revision shall thereupon be made not later than as at the date specified in the second column of the said Schedule.

PURSUANT to section 254 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby varies an Order in Council made on 21 November 1932 and published in the Gazette, 24 November 1932, Volume III, page 2452, prohibiting all alienations of the Maori land known as Rotomahana Parekarangi 6A 2 No. 4B, 1B, 1, and other Blocks, other than alienations in favour of the Crown, by excluding therefrom the land described in the Schedule hereto.
