Authorising the Laying Off of a Street Off Lucerne Road in the City of Auckland Subject to a Condition as to the Building Line

THE RIGHT HON. W. NASH PRESIDING IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Auckland City Council to permit the laying off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto at a width for part of its length of less than 66 ft, but not less than 40 ft, subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on Lots 34 to 38 (inclusive) of a subdivision of the land fronting the proposed street, as shown on the plan marked P.W.D. 157955 referred to in the said Schedule, within a distance of 15 ft from the side lines of the said street.

SCHEDULE

THAT proposed street in the North Auckland Land District, situated in the City of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 19·1 perches, more or less, being part Lot 169, D.P. 7525, being part Allotment 238B of Section 16, Suburbs of Auckland; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 157955 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

PURSUANT to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Dunedin City Corporation to permit the laying off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto at a width of less than 66 ft, but not less than 42 ft, subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land shown edged green on the plan marked P.W.D. 157731 referred to in the said Schedule, excepting Lots 13 and 33 of the subdivision shown on the said plan, within a distance of 36 ft from the centre line of the said street.

SCHEDULE

THAT proposed street in the Otago Land District, City of Dunedin, containing by admeasurement 3 roods 29 perches, more or less, being part Section 7 and part Lots 14 and 16, D.P. 8522, being part Section 7, Block II; also part Lots 6 and 7, Deeds Plan 114, being part Section 7, Block I, Andersons Bay Survey District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 157731 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
