A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 2 perches, situated in Block II, Mount Robinson Survey District, Wellington R.D., being part Section 1; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 160293 (S.O. 23507) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 15th day of October 1959.

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land firstly and secondly described in the Schedule hereto, and comprised in roadways laid out by the Maori Land Court by orders dated the 8th day of September 1952, and the 6th day of March 1959, respectively, to be street.

ALL those pieces of land situated in the Borough of Otorohanga, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

RESERVE 2050 (formerly Rural Section 3503), situated in Block IV, Waimea Survey District, Grey County: Area, 1 acre and 3 perches, more or less. Shown on plan No. 125/86 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (S.O. Plan 2174L.)
