Land Taken for Road in Block VIII, Tauranga Survey District,
Tauranga County

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the
2nd day of November 1959.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 36 perches, situ-
ated in Block VIII, Tauranga Survey District, Auckland
R.D., being part Allotment 40, Te Puna Parish; as the same
is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D.
160351 (S.O. 39572) deposited in the office of the Minister
of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 21st day of October 1959.

Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block V, Turanganui
Survey District, Gisborne R.D., described as follows:
