Leasehold Estate in Land Taken for Buildings of the General Government in the City of Dunedin

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in land described in the Schedule hereto, held from the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Dunedin by Terence Francis Direen, under and by virtue of memorandum of lease No. 10784, Otago Land Registry, is hereby taken for buildings of the General Government; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of November 1959.

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 19·3 perches, situated in the City of Dunedin, being part Lot A, D.P. 2429, being also part Quarry Reserve, Town of Dunedin, and being all the land contained in lease No. 10784. Part certificate of title, Volume 359, folio 174, Otago Land Registry.
