A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a teacher’s residence; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of October 1959.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 2 roods 12·1 perches, situated in Block VII, Waipara Survey District, and being Lot 1, D.P. 17932, being part Rural Section 24300. All certificate of title, Volume 640, folio 60, Canterbury Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 12th day of October 1959.

ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre 1 rood 28·2 perches, situated in Block XIV, Tauranga Survey District, Auckland R.D., being part Allotment 29, Te Papa Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 160243 (S.O. 40036) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
