Land Taken for Maori Housing Purposes in Block XIII, Opoiti Survey District

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for Maori housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of October 1959.

SCHEDULE

GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood, situated in Block XIII, Opoiti Survey District, Gisborne R.D., and being Allotment 44, Frasertown. All certificate of title, Volume 3, folio 266.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 8th day of October 1959.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for Maori housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of October 1959.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 1·1 perches, situated in Block IX, Kawhia North Survey District, Auckland R.D., being part Section 2, Block XI, Kawhia Township; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 160242 (S.O. 39998) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
