A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Wellington-Foxton Motorway; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of October 1959.

SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 17·8 perches, situated in the City of Wellington, Wellington R.D., being part Section 12, Porirua District. All certificate of title, Volume 144, folio 88, Wellington Land Registry.
