A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto now held for defence purposes, is hereby
set apart for buildings of the General Government; and I
also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 19th day of October 1959.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto, now held for the use, convenience, or enjoy-
ment of the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway, is hereby set
apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of
October 1959.

Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the building-line
restriction imposed by S. 145196, Auckland Land Registry,
for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of
October 1959.

Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the fencing
covenant contained in transfer S. 99303, Auckland Land
Registry, for Maori housing purposes; and I also declare that
this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day
of October 1959.
